Yes, you can receive a full refund if you cancel before the program starts. If you cancel on the
first day of the program, only 80% of the tuition will be refunded. No refunds will be available from the second day of the program. For more details, please review the refund policy on our website.

You can take a minimum of 3 credits and a maximum of 9 credits. After paying the tuition, you can still adjust your credit load, but additional payment or refunds may be required. Please refer to the refund policy on the WAY website. Changes can only be made before the course add/drop period ends.

Please contact the Korean embassy or consulate directly to check if you need a visa or not. The WAY Office is not responsible for issuing visas, and students must verify their own visa requirements. If the embassy/consulate asks for a D-2-8 visa or a Certificate of Admission (CoA), please contact us. If you are taking online courses only, no visa is required.

The dormitory application period is from October 22 to 24, and it will go through the Yonsei Portal. Dormitory services are managed by a separate office from WAY. You will receive detailed instructions in the Welcome Packet sent after admission.

No, that was just a preferred course survey. You will need to officially register for courses during the course registration period. Keep in mind that spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so make sure you don’t miss the registration period!
